Whole30 Crab Stuffed Salmon

As mentioned before, my husband likes to fish and our freezer is often full of fish and crab so finding a recipe that uses both is a win in my book! We like to go crabbing as a family at the Washington Coast and sometimes we have so much crab that we need to freeze extra. Crab from frozen is not near as great as fresh crab so using it mixed with other things is a great use of frozen crab.

Check out this tasty Whole30 Crab stuffed salmon recipe that we tried this week. It was good! Just be sure to use Whole30 approved mayo. I didn’t roll it like the recipe suggests. I just cut a slit in the top of the filet and stuffed it from the top and baked it like the recipe calls for, which works too!
